So, I was browsing this mass effect 1 art book that I have, and found this concept art Concept art by Bioware. I really like how simple and yet full of details, and thought with myself that I should give it a try. So I aimed for a really low poly model and low res texture. It took about 2 hours to model and 5 to paint the texture. The final asset has 769 Tris and 256x256 diffuse channel. Click on the image above to launch the webViewer It was really fun to do it.

As a 3D artist I was responsible for modelling and texturing of most of the assets you see in the game, including ships, stations, debris and other assets, documenting the process and pipelines involving the art elements of the game, and also visual effects such as weapons, player skills, ship trails, panorama effects like planets and stars that you can see in the levels.
